Paco Jet 2 Plus
One thing that can be said about Pacojet is that their ice cream and sorbet machines are quite different from other machines in the same category. What Pacojet does is that it micropures frozen food without defrosting it. This way you can make ice cream and sorbet from anything frozen and in minimal time. The innovations that come with Pacojet 2 Plus are a repeat function that allows programmable repeated cycles. The knives can go through the beaker up to 9 times while maintaining excess pressure in the beaker. It not only saves time, but gives an even smoother, lighter and creamier result than the already superior results of Pacojet 2. Emulsions become more stable and homogeneous; pastes and purées are perfectly mixed; and the natural colours from the ingredients are better preserved. You can do it by the whole cup or in portions. Pacojet 2 plus has also received a new updated knife attachment. The new Gold Plus knife attachment keeps the knife securely anchored to the shaft, even when using the repeat function. The attachment also makes it easier to remove the blades for cleaning. The knife is also coated with a layer of titanium nitride that Pacojet believes can extend the life of the knife by up to 3 times. Use Pacojet Put the ingredients in one of the containers provided and put it in the freezer for at least 24 hours. You don't really need to do much more than that - minimal preparation is required. Then, when you're ready to serve, simply remove the container, insert it into your Pacojet and click to start. A high-speed knife pulls at a speed of 2,000 rpm and slices the contents micro-thinly, giving it an amazingly light texture. With a Pacojet, you can therefore quickly and easily prepare really good food in no time. What is not eaten immediately keeps its consistency frozen and can be used the next time it is needed.
