And as each plate is flat, cooking is fast and consistent - quickly browning chicken breast, fish, steaks or panini. For further cooking consistency, the heavy duty top plates are counter balanced and mounted so that they easily maximise contact between the plate and the food. This helps to speed up the cooking process, whilst the built-in drip tray also reduces the amount of fat on the plate - ideal for ensuring food is tasty and healthier than pan frying.
