This Falcon Dominator unit is very powerful for it's slim, slender size. The free standing unit has a capacity of frying an up to amount of 58kg/ph chip output! This versatile unit is able to perform in various sectors of food based environments, such as; takeaways, restaurants, canteens and more! The Falcon deep fryer also features a sediment collection zone within the tank to help extend the lifespan of the oil, but also the fast acting high-limit thermostat gives the user peace of mind if the oil accidentally overheats.
